Our mission is to provide girl's lacrosse players the opportunity to reach their full potential through purposeful repetition, strong fundamentals, thoughtful coaching, and meaningful competition. We develop confident, skilled, and team-first athletes in a positive, family-centered environment where players are known, supported, and challenged to grow on the field, as teammates, and in life.

Surge Lacrosse Club is built on a simple belief: development comes first. We are committed to helping every player become a more confident, skilled, and complete lacrosse player through purposeful repetition, strong fundamentals, thoughtful coaching, and meaningful competition. Our year-round training environment gives athletes the opportunity to build strong skills, develop sound habits, and deepen their understanding of the game while continuing to grow at their own pace. We believe the best development happens in a positive, team-first environment. Our coaches work to know and support each player while creating a culture where athletes encourage one another, compete together, and celebrate each other’s growth. Through practices, clinics, tournaments, and more, players build not only their game, but also confidence, character, and lasting friendships.
