Do You Offer Refunds?
At Surge Lacrosse Club, we view team participation as a commitment between the player, family, and club. When you commit to Surge each July to train, compete, and be part of a team, we make a commitment to you as well. We plan our teams, coaching staff, practices, tournaments, and other programming based on those commitments.
For this reason, Surge Lacrosse Club does not offer refunds once a player has committed to a team and tuition has been paid. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, summer vacations, schedule conflicts, changes in plans, loss of interest, or other personal circumstances.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Each situation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, a review does not guarantee a refund or credit.
By accepting a roster spot and submitting payment, families acknowledge and agree to Surge Lacrosse Club's refund policy and the commitment associated with joining a Surge team.
For any questions you can contact your team's head coach, or the Surge office at Info@SurgeLC.com or 800-944-7112.
What is your weather policy?
We play in the rain! Surge LC practices will only be canceled or postponed in the event of thunder, lightning, or severe weather that makes conditions unsafe.
Families will be notified regarding event changes VIA email and or the Surge LC App. Changes will also be posted on our social media so we encourage families to follow Surge LC on social media for the latest updates.
We will make every effort to reschedule practices canceled due to weather when possible. However, field reservations are often made more than six months in advance, so make-up practices cannot be guaranteed. There are no guaranteed refunds or credits for practices canceled due to inclement weather.
